CODEVISION

1. Scope of Work

All services described in this proposal, including design, development, SEO, content migration, and support, will be delivered according to the agreed project scope. Any additional features or requests outside this scope may result in additional costs and revised timelines.

2. Timeline

A project timeline will be discussed and agreed upon before development begins. Timelines may shift based on client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide all necessary materials and access needed to complete the project. This includes:
• Logo files and branding assets
• Website content or guidance for new content
• Access to current hosting, domain registrar, and existing website (if applicable)
• Timely feedback, approvals, and communication throughout the project

4. Revisions

The project includes up to two rounds of revisions per major phase (e.g. design, development). Additional revisions may be billed separately at CODEVISION’s hourly rate.

5. Payments

A payment schedule will be agreed upon prior to the start of the project of 50% of total payment(full invoice). Work will begin upon receipt of an initial deposit. The final balance is due prior to website launch or transfer of ownership. Late payments may cause delays.

6. Ownership and Rights

Once full payment is received, the client will own all website code, content, and visual assets developed specifically for the project. CODEVISION retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio or marketing materials.

7. Hosting and Domains

Unless specified in writing, the client is responsible for securing and maintaining website hosting and domain registration. CODEVISION can assist with setup if needed.

8. Ongoing Maintenance

Monthly maintenance services are available under a separate agreement. These services may include content updates, SEO improvements, backups, performance checks, and more. Full details will be outlined in the maintenance plan document.

9. Security

Basic security features will be implemented to protect the website. However, no website is completely immune to threats. Ongoing security monitoring and updates are recommended and are part of the maintenance package.

10. Limitation of Liability

CODEVISION is not responsible for:
• Losses caused by third-party services, hosting issues, or software bugs outside our control
• Website modifications made by the client or third parties after handover
• Legal compliance of website content, including privacy policies and terms of use

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the point of termination will be delivered and billed accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable. Any unpaid work completed before termination must be paid in full.
